About me

Dr Emma TregennaEmma is a qualified Doctor who was inspired to use HypnoBirthing for the birth of her own children after her observations as a medical student showed her how easy, calm and joyful birth can be when not accompanied by fear.

Even though her son was born by Caesarean because he was in a breech position, she went on to have a beautiful home birth when she had her daughter 15 months later, thanks to HypnoBirthing.

Now that she has stopped practising medicine to raise her children, she is passionate about teaching other couples about HypnoBirthing, so that they too can have calm, gentle, beautiful births and look forward to their meeting their babies with confidence and excitement.
